New Delhi-based Namaste Bharat and Toronto-based Bharat Centre of Canada have signed an MoU for collaboration in public policy, international relations, social and academic research, publications and activities required towards the goal of promoting and safeguarding interests of the Indian diaspora settled across the globe. The purpose of this MoU is to put on record formally the collaborations and mutual interests of Namaste Bharat and Bharat Centre of Canada, especially publication of articles, organising joint exercises of media/academic programs with an objective to evolve a new vision and innovative ideas in the field of publications, both print and digital space, academic and all other fields/sectors on mutual consent.
The partnership also entails conducting joint academic/journalistic workshops in their respective areas of operations, to be precise in India by Namaste Bharat and in Canada by Bharat Centre of Canada to promote each other; awarding of certificates to successful participants, and holding conferences/symposiums/webinars in their respective areas of operations.
